Windows

The Dynamic double-hung wood windows (shown here in the upstairs TV room), with retractable insect screens (shown below), were delivered a week and half ago and mostly installed over the last week. The installation team is now in the process of fine-tuning each so that by week's end, all the windows on the second and attic floors, other than in the MBR, will be in place. The delivery date for the steel windows, sliders, and French doors by Portella -- for the first floor and MBR -- is unknown as the factory in Mexico has been temporarily shuttered by the pandemic.
